| Abstract: | The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership on the activation of community partnership, as well as to indicate the impact of inspirational motivation of transformational leadership on the activation of community partnership, and also to clarify the impact of role model and example of transformational leadership on the activation of community partnership, as well as to highlight the role What transformational leadership's attention to individuals can play in activating community partnership. The research problem was the observation of the researcher for some deficiencies in the practice of transformational leadership in the state of North Kordofan, which negatively affected the activation of community partnership. Therefore, the problem of research can be formulated in the main question: What is the role of transformational leadership in activating the community partnership? The research hypotheses were based on the fact that the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership contributes to activating the community partnership, as well as that the inspirational stimulation of transformative leadership contributes to activating the community partnership, and also that the influence based on role model and example of transformative leadership contributes to activating the community partnership, as well as the interest of transformational leadership. Individuals contribute to the activation of community partnership. The research followed the historical, descriptive, analytical and the case study method. The research has reached a number of results, most notably, that there is a statistically significant relationship between the availability of transformative leadership dimensions of intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation and influence based on role model and example and interest in the individual and activate community partnership, as well as the method of community partnership fits variables and can respond to the needs of communities if available Transformational leadership, as well as provide intellectual stimulation and inspiration, motivation and influence based on role models and examples and attention to the individual leaders in North Kordofan state, but there are some shortcomings in the adoption of constructive criticism when errors occur and accept the other opinion and refer to the right, and the best example of good citizens, and the preferred needs of citizens on personal needs, and to give freedom of expression and confidence of citizens, and the power of attorney tasks to citizens according to their wishes. The research came up with a number of recommendations, most notably the necessity of adopting transformative leadership style and adopting its dimensions as the best management model to activate the community partnership, and make changes in the societies, as well as activating the community partnership by creating knowledge variables for the communities to make them more aware of the problems of their societies and the size and possibilities available to solve them.
