Abstract

This research paper aims to document the role of youth organizations in reducing the effects of natural disasters, especially the torrents and floods that occur and highlight the participation of youth organizations and youth in providing humanitarian aid to those affected. And to enhance the estimated role of youth organizations by presenting some models. Through (studying the case of the Boy Scout Association within the state of Khartoum (the paper included three chapters and the study problem is summarized in the question:) Is there an effective role for youth organizations, led by the Sudanese Boy Scout Association, in preventing the effects of floods and floods and reducing their risks in Sudan?
