Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of a mentoring program to acquire verbal and non verbal communication skills for mothers of autistic children in Sudan Autism Organization. And to find out the differences in the variable age – work for mothers children with autism. The quasi-experimental study methodology is one group design. The study scale is a measure of estimating communication skills and training program. The sample consisted of (39) m random method .To treat the statistical packages, theresearcher used the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS) test;(T) testfor (onesample, tow linked samples and tow unequal samples). And (Kay's) test. After processing the data the researcher researched the following results: The general characteristic of mother autistic children was high after the application of the indicative program in favor of telemetry, and there are no differences in communication skills and social interaction in the telemetry and work variable of the mother. Finally, the researcher developed recommendations and proposals for future studies, including preparing guidance programs by the children with autism spectrum disorder in the field of communication skills, making periodic meetings for mothers and benefiting from the scientifically in addition to designing a local program in verbal communication skills that takes in to nature of Sudanese society.
