Abstract: The study tackled the humanitarian relations and their effect on the organizational affiliation. The study aimed to uncover to what extent that the humanitarian relations effect on the organizational affiliation. The problem of the study represented in that the humanitarian relations in many of the current organizations became less than the level of ambitions, which may attributed to the lack of the directors of these organizations to the humanitarian skills, the matter may effect on the organizational affiliation of employees. The hypothesis of the study based on: following active incentive method leads to raise the morale of the employees, as well as settling the cooperative culture leads to exploding the creative energies of the employees, fixing the participation culture leads to job stability of the employees. The researcher used the historical, descriptive, analytic methods and the study case style. The researcher reached to several results top of them; that AL-Shimal Bank is persisting in settling the culture of assignment , which may play a tangible and central role in notifying the employees by the their importance and identity, the administration of the bank works hard to settle the organizational culture and the and participation culture among employees in all fields , the matter that leads to the job stability of the employees, the media role is also reactivated in shedding light on the humanitarian relations inside the bank and the treatment of the administrative deviation in openness and objectively. The researcher recommended to continue in firming up the humanitarian relations among employees and the chairpersons, which effects highly in raising the organizational affiliation level, the necessary to uncover the nature of the relation between the humanitarian relations and the dimensions of the organizational affiliation, to present the necessary recommendations to increase the commitment level and the organizational affiliation of the bank.
