Abstract: This research deals with the supporting verbs with the connecting heaving pronouns in the whole quran (surat Yasin) and its role in teaching non- Arabic speakers (by applying such to the third level, linguistic preparatory department, Arabic Language College). The research aims to statement the possibilities of teaching an Arabic language through the quran (surat Yasin)(sample), with supporting the verbs with the connected heaving pronouns in the whole quran. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical methodology. Research finding were applied to a sample comprised of 25 students of the third level, Linguistic preparatory, department Arabic language college, Africa International University. The reseach is aimed to benefit the institutes of education standing to teach an Arabic language,the teaches who deals with linguistic fields for non Arabic speakers,the reseachers in teaching an Arabic field for non Arabic speakers,and students in non Arabic speakers. Some of the most important findings are: 1) The linguistic structure of Surat Yasin has a role in teaching non Arabic speakers the speech skills. 2) Employing Surat Yasin linguistic structure contributes teaching non- Arabic speakers the speech skills. The researcher has offered some recommendations and some of which are: 1) The necessity of retracing the Qu ran and take on important resource in preparing the text in teaching non- Arabic speakers the speech skills. 2) Motivating the teachers and the learners. 3) Increase centers and institutes that trains the non-Arabic speakers the speech skills.
