Abstract: The Research study the Impact of motivation on productivity and efficacy included the introduction for chapters, along with conclusion and the findings and recommendations. The problem was the search in that there is low level volume of Production in project productivity especially factory the engineers talents were caused by the lack of knowledge of the motives of the workers within the production units which affected the psychological and mental thinking of the workers which made it worse for the performance of workers and their production failure to meet motivation also affects an economic problem for the state and the decline of production for the worse ,and thus there is a major economic problem for the state due to lack of production. The research included a set of objectives the most important of which is to know the role of motivations in raising the productive efficiency of the facility and the detection of the most important moral stimulation systems that lead to raise productivity efficiency was used historical method and descriptive analytical and case study method, the research is based on a number of assumptions, the most important of which are motivations that increase productivity and there is a role for motivations in raising the morale of workers. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the motives of all types are of great importance in raising the performance of employees in the institution because of the difference from one person to another and the study showed that the basic needs is the first motivation of individuals the study showed that the factory relies on material incentives to motivate workers without paying attention to moral incentives The study showed that the factory does not have experts in the field of psychology to understand the behavior of individuals. The current study recommended the need to diversify the incentives to urge workers to increase productive efficiency and the need to rely on moral stimulus that does not depend on money to stimulate and motivate workers to work lt depends on moral means based on respect for the human element, which has a sense, hope and social aspirations because it is impossible to achieve higher productivity under low morale and the need to bring cadres specialized in the field of psychology to understand the behavior of individuals and meet their basic needs, which helps to raise employee culture from the behavioral side to ensure the safety of performance and absorption and interaction with the variables surrounding the climate, which enhances the love of belonging and continuity .
