| Abstract: | This study aims to identify the effect of organizational behavior on improving performance. The problem of this study is reviewing performance of some companies that are not up to the required level, so the reason for this decline is that the organizational behavior of these companies follow is not being managed in a good manner, and this is shown by learning the content of some previous studies which related to the topic. Hypotheses of this study are based on the fact that there is a relationship between administrative leadership and improving performance, a link between human relations and improving performance, a relationship between creating an appropriate work environment and improving performance, this study followed historical, descriptive, and analytical method, in addition to the case study. The most importance of this study is follow: The study focused on enabling the principle of teamwork among employees, also company's attempt to motivate the innovators in their field of work, and is also interested in developing the capabilities of workers in order to contribute in promotion of performance; company also seeks to determine the employee’s orientation. The most important recommendations of this study are as follows: The Company must establish the principle of fairness among employees to achieve job satisfaction, must to ensure that employees are motivated. |
