Abstract

This research talks about the understandable of the bug to (Al Ahnaf) and the expression to the branches of the jurisprudence. The research consisted of an introduction four sections and conclusion. In the first section the researcher talks about the bosses of the research .It follows the descriptive method and be helped with other method such as the Inductive Approach .In the second section the researcher talks about the understandable of the bug to (Al Ahnaf) scientist and they compare between their definition of the other fundamentalist .In the third section the researcher mentions the qualifications of the bug and the things that objectives ways of its knowledge .The fourth section contains the practical part which mention the jurisprudence applications which built on the bug in worship section, transaction section and personal status section .At the end researcher discerns that (Al Ahnaf) the only who mention few qualifications of the bug which the community don't .They return few of ways of the bug which mention by fundamental community such as the way of Al sibr and the division .The researcher also discerns the impact of the conflict in the determining cause on the jurisprudential branches.
