Abstract

The financial management considered as fundamental support which organizations or business companies established on ، The success of the project or company in realizing the objectives it depend on the efficiency of the financial management to performme its diference function . the important of the study steem from in the role that fanacial management play to performe efficiency to realize the company obejectives As its important in light of identify the exist control means for purpose of ensusre and mantance the capitals.and to introducr the study that can help in fanacial planning that can lead to rise the efficiency finanacial management for zain co. and to explain the fanaciece sources by low cost .the research problem reprersntative that every compny or business orgnazation have fanacial managements but those management not have required efficiency in realizing the management owners and employers objectives also in how finanacial management realize the objective fo owners in the share company and has the fanacial management adopted tools in developing the wealth of the owners. And has it introduce services with high quality .and to what extend that fanacial management commited to provide the funding possibilities To develop the company. The study aim to identify the efficiency of the fanacial management to magnify the owners wealth then to set hyposises helping in solving the problem The he researcher adopted descerptive analytical appoarche .the study concluded some important findings ،there is signafcantstaticatistical function relationship between the fanacial management and magnifying owners wealth and efficacy of the firm and to develop e it in the light of existence of the computers.
