Abstract: The research dealt with the impact of the work environment on the development of the performance of workers in institutions. The problem of research was the weakness of the material and human resources necessary for the Sudanese institutions to play their fundamental role in creating an appropriate working environment for the workers. Lack of attention to the development of the work environment in the institutions leads to reduced organizational effectiveness and thus leads to a decrease in job performance as a result of the worker feeling frustrated in the environment that does not encourage the effort. The aim of the research is to know the impact of the work environment on developing the performance of the employees, the knowledge of the impact of the physical work environment on the development of the performance of the employees. The research hypotheses were that there is a statistically significant relation between the physical work environment and performance improvement. There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership style and performance improvement. There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational structure and performance improvement. The research relied on analytical descriptive methodology to analyze data and describe the reality of the case the research has achieved a number of results. The Fund has the right tools and tools to do the work, which helped in carrying out the work as quickly as required in the offices of the Fund. The Fund's spirit of belonging and loyalty. Follow the Fund Management Working as a team contributed to improving the performance of the employees study. The research recommends working on the use of a modern training system in the Fund because it helps in innovating and innovating employees, promoting the use of modern technologies suitable for doing business as quickly as possible. The research included four chapters and a conclusion that included the conclusions and recommendations.
