| Abstract: | This study examined the problems of the low level of basic school pupils (third stander ) in the writing skill. This research aims to identify the causes of poor writing skills of pupils – in the third stander- Khartoum locality –The area of Khartoum East - which relates to the teacher, the pupil, the curriculum, and the learning environment. The importance of the study showing through the role that played by the writing in learning the Arabic language as the basic stage is the essential foundation for making language skills. To achieve this purpose, researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach so as to relevance to the study, beside that the researcher used a questionnaire as the tool for information collection that relating to the study and selecting a random sample of teachers of the Arabic language – the area of Khartoum East – amount of (03) teachers. After processing the data statistically the results was as the reached the following: 1- The weakness of the pupils in the writing skill is related to the teacher certain reasons are as the follows: . Lack of training sessions, which are attended by the teacher that was negatively affect his performance, and to lead the assignment of teaching the Arabic language in the lower grades to unqualified teachers. And economic conditions experienced by the teacher that would prevent him from promoting his ability teaching. And not to improve the linguistic performance of the majority of teachers led to poor writing. 2- The weakness of the third stander pupils in the writing skill of a certain reasons related to pupil are: . The pupils preoccupation with the entertainment downplayed their interest in writing and frequent homework required of pupils in day affect in their writing skills, also to appended the child in school at an early age leads to weakness in writing. (ح) 3- The weakness of the third stander pupils in the writing skill due to the reasons related to the curriculum : And is that the course contributes to the increasing verbal vocabulary of pupils, and it also takes into account previous experiences to the third stander pupils in the basic level school. So It explains that the collection method does not care with the lessons of dictation and ways of spelling. 4- The weakness of the third stander pupils in the writing skill due to the reasons related to the environment are: . Lack of Parent education effected natively in pupils education standards. Based on these results, the study recommended the following: 1- Must to rehabilitating , and training the teacher , also to raising the professional efficiency. 2- To guides the pupils and to lead them interesting with the writing. 3- To Improving economic conditions for the teacher. 4- To using the modern teaching methods so as to assist the writing skill promotion. |
