Abstract: The research aims to determine the impact of human capital management in achieving competitive advantage for organizations. Find rely on historical method and the descriptive and analytical approach and method of the case study. The research found a number of the most important results; The optimum use of the skills of human resources contributes to the development of the company's performance and competitiveness in the labor market and achieve competitive advantage to them, as well as the Directors concerned with the training process experts and hosts for the development of workers, and also that the company management is seeking to encourage workers to provide innovations and ideas in order to increase productivity and obtain the highest market share. Find out a number of recommendations including; the Directors follow the strategy set in accordance with the qualifications required to work and the skills to get to achieve excellence in the market, As well as Taking into account the abilities, skills and qualifications of employees at the business to be implemented distribution, and also it is important to strengthen the relationship between senior management and employees in order to achieve a competitive advantage for the organization.
