Abstract: The study dealt with the situation of educational supervision in the secondary stage in Chad from the point of view of supervisors and teachers in N'Djamena city and the requirements of developing the reality of educational supervision in the secondary stage in the state of Chad. The importance of this study is addressing one of the issues that promote teaching and learning at Secondary school in N'Djamena. The study aimed in finding out the role of educational supervision towards the professional performance of the teachers and its performance towards the school administration and the educational curricula, and the practices of educational supervision in raising the academic achievement of the secondary school students. The study was followed the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire and the interview as tools for collecting information from the research community, which consisted of supervisors and teachers in the secondary stage in N'Djamena. The number of teachers was )250( and )25( supervisors were randomly selected by )34%(, And the data were processed and analyzed by the SPSS program. For the test of the hypotheses, the study used a good matching test (Kay square). Results of the study: The educational supervisor in the secondary stage has an active role towards the professional performance of the teachers. The educational supervisor directs the principals to adopt modern administrative methods and practice the participatory leadership method and the proper planning process and follow up. The educational supervisor holds seminars with the teachers to discuss the content of the curriculum and its objectives. The educational supervisor seeks to provide psychological and personal comfort for the teachers. The Study Recommendations: The study recommended increasing the role of the educational supervisor in improving the professional performance of teachers, supervising the participation of supervisors in the preparation and development of secondary school curricula, paying attention to the teachers for initiating and motivating them on outstanding performance, training teachers to benefit from the local environment materials. Provide the necessary resources for the process of educational supervision in the field of training and rehabilitation.
