Abstract

This research aimed to study the quality standards of performance in radio programs and their impact on the media message in Sudan by applying to the Sudanese radio by highlighting the professional standards of radio work and to identify the importance and contribution of quality in improving the production performance of radio. The importance of research stems from the recent increase in interest in quality and the role it plays in improving the overall performance of the organization. The researcher used the descriptive method of analytical and interpretative as the most appropriate for media researches. The researcher used the questionnaire and the interview to collect the data from two samples: the first sample consisted of (50) respondents of the workers in the radio production from Programmers, directors, broadcasters and technicians, while the second sample consisted of (4) of the administrators. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the first sample, while the interview tool was used to collect data from the second sample. The collected data was statistically processed using the SPSS version (16) to find the frequency, relative, average, and standard distributions of respondents' re responses. The study came out wih some results, the most impotant were; the occupational standards were the important factor in improving the performance of broadcasting. There was correlation between the politics planning the broadcasting strategic plans. Te broadcast uses the occupational standards at good level. The study recommended the following: 1) It is important to give more attention to training programs.so as to improve the perorance of laours. 2) More care should be given to conducing researchs of cutomers to improve the performance of broadcast . ز فھرست المحتویات
