Abstract

Name: Hanan Eltayeb Mohammed Musa Title of the Thesis: The role of Sudanese special broadcasts in addressing the issues of the children with non_parental care. The study used the descriptive analytical applicable to sahiroon programmer pertaining their support (sanad wa Gallad) This research aims to reflect the role that specialized broadcasts play in addressing the issues of children who are deprived of parental care , with special reference to Sahiroon broadcast programmer {support and maintenance)( sana dwaGallad) during the period (2016- 2017) ,, so as to know the role played by Sahiroon in tackling the issues of nonparent care children. The research furthermore looks into the humane and awareness mission that the broadcast performs in dealing with such an important issue that had out powered both official and voluntary bodies , in addition to activists and people of interest in childhood issues. In this respect, the research discusses how far Sahiroon ,and because of the programmer , have successfully managed to acquaint the wide public with this sector and alleviate social awareness in order to overcome the bias of custody and guardianship through integration among the broad society by means of implementing a project the alternative families and thus enabling children to enjoy their full religious and legislative rights. The research concludes the importance of making consistant efforts to raise public awareness , particularly in the spheres of social media , enabling them to secure their rights and remove the stigma accosting them throughout their lives .The research has also advised for the need to seek positive behavior in relation to children of no parental care , and endeavoring to their integration inside society , underlining the need to activate legislations protecting their rights , such as Child Act 2010, beside the embitterment of their depredated economical conditions and observing preaching of holy religion prohibiting extramarital relations ; standing against hefty dowries and many other negative customs prevailing within society .
