Abstract

The problem of this research due to the methods of occupational profession and its connection to their public relations of civil universities, and this to reach to the solutions throughout the results and recommendations. The importance of this research to cristalize this relations scientifically and practically in the universities and to identify the public relatinos activity and the relations and its utilization and the researcher uses the descriptive methods and has used the previous ways to find out the information. The researcher aims at identify the scientific conseptions, and he discovered the reality of public relations and finding out the vital hampers which the deices of public relations suffering at the civil universities, the research has been divided to four sections, the first part including the theoretical style. And the researcher in taking the steps of scientific research which he follows, while the second part including the social (formation structure) to the public relations and in taking the conception of public relations and its establishment and its bases and its moralities, also he has taken in the third part the functions of public relations the utilizations and organizations to the public relations and the realty of occupation professions in the Sudanese educational foundations for civil universities, the fourth part taking the establishment and progress of the civil education, applied on Omdurman Alhila university and technological medical university were established, the survey study which practiced on the practical random sample has been chosen from both universities , after analyzing the questionnaire according to scientific standards research has reached to colorful results, obtained as: The research proved the misunderstanding of the higher administration to the importance and the rule of the public relation and their function, the shortage of cadres which specialized in the public relations (Quantity and quality) the shortage of budget related to the administration of public relations, the weakens of public relation activity and their lemmatization in ceremony role only the important recommendation summarized in: Establishment administration to the public relations qualified and well supported with aids to be active radiatcain between the university, and its people, following the scientific methods and progressive studies to the public relations to activate different methods .
