دور اللا مركزية الإدارية فى التنمية المحلية: دراسة حالة محلية الخرطوم فى الفترة من 2011 – 2016

Abstract

This research investigate the role of decentralized administration ,in achieving development in Khartoum locality the period 2011-2016.This research defined the decenterized – administration as good tool for organize and solve many developmental problems .The main questions of this research are,what is relation between decenterlized administration and the development of the locality ? if involving as many public will lead to locality development ?if democracy and the public satisfaction with their representative will improve the developmental projects?. The goals of the research is to investigate the role of decenterlized administration in the progress of the development process in Khartoum locality, and to identify the problems that face the development process. The main hypothesis of this research stated that the democracy , participation of the local citizens in all development stages from planning to excution and public satisfaction with their representative will increase the loyalty of the citizen towards their locality and support the development process. The researcher used practical and theoretical methodologies ie reports, books journals and previous studies also interviews and meetings. The main results of the study state that the decenterlized administration , participation of local citizens and their satisfaction with their local representatives improve the development presses. The recommendation of this study is to activate the role of constitution cancels as the main support for decenterlized administration .also to consider the experience of other countries in this field .
