Abstract: The problem of this research represented in the fact that although public and private organizations all over the world play remarkable and strategic role in economy running and in developing human resources, organizations services in Sudan were not able to perform the role given to them to drive development. In addition to that, lacking qualified and trained personnel, who are able to adopt all changes and challenges in external surroundings, has led to weaken human resources development, which subsequently resulted in shortage of ability by originations to compete internationally and regionally; as accordingly to that, training has to be considered as an important access to develop and improve human resources. The research aimed to pinpoint the extent to which human resources planning affect the performance of organizations. It postulated the following hypotheses: there is a relationship of statistical significance between training of human resources and organization’s performance. There is a relationship of statistical significance between used organizational culture and performance of organization. There is a relationship of statistical significance between effective planning and performance of organization. A number of results were found out by the research; some of the most important one were: the bank is keen on strengthening training culture. The use of modern technologies by the bank contributed in minimizing exerting human efforts in training process. The bank employed fair standards in assessment of workers’ performance as well. The researcher made the following recommendations: it is necessary to the bank to strengthening training culture. It is of essence for the bank to use modern technologies as they minimize the efforts being done by humans in training process.
