Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to study the effect of (Political, Economic, Social and Technological) globalization upon training of Aviation in Sudan, and to identify the range of affection of personal and occupational features to the individual of the sample to these effects. The problem of the research can be formulated in questioning about the effect of globalization on training in Sudan. Is training lead to rise up the efficiency of performance in accordance to the requirements of globalization and treat the negatives of this performance, and is this training in Sudan convoy with the international changes resulted with the effectiveness caused by globalization? Is making confederacy and partners and reduce globalization effect with the conditions of economic, cultural, and social of the Sudanese community? The study tests the accuracy of hypotheses there is a significance relation between the effect of (Political, Economic, Social and Technological) globalization and training in Sudan, and the Personal and Occupational character to the sample are extent on the relation between effect (Political, Economical, Social and Technological) globalization. The achieved results to treat the problem of the study, the important of these results, that there is a statistical significance between globalization effects and training in Aviation Academy, which leads to improve the performance of the training and rise up its level according to the international requirements. Also there is no any significance relation between the globalization effects on training, in relation with the personal and occupational characters changes, which signs the nearest effects of globalization on training in aviation due to these changes. The most important recommendations which suggested by the research is the important of treating the effects of (Political, Economical , Social and Technological ) globalization from the administration of the Academy to convey the amendments and changes, which usually obligated or compulsory from European countries and United States, specially technology of training on aviation and space, by using moon satellites, and the importance of interested of functioning the training electronics services in the Academy activities by training and education by distance and training on home and continuous training, and provide the intelligence training programs, and cooperate with the (the overseas) institutions to provide a competent cadres according to the international levels and competition , and open a wide opportunities locally, regionally and internationally
