| Abstract: | Abstract The study focuses on the leadership method and its impact on the administrative creativity applying on the Nile Bank as the study problem is represented on the question how leadership methods involved in the creativity trend in THE NILE BANK are? the importance of the study spring from the fact the administrative leadership incarnates the basic power for creativity and the effective leadership makes the difference between successful and failure organizations the study aims to identify the types of dominance in organizations and the care to habilitate future leaders and find the obstacles which hinder creativity in the Bank ,get to the results of performance activation in the bank the study adhered to the descriptive analytic method and the case study the study has reached to many results such as: leadership in Management is having others to perform tasks as it is the ability to influence personnel to accomplish a common objective by employing the available resources in the suitable way and time ,the success of the administrative leadership extends impacts to all of other administrative processes performed in the Bank such as planning, control and organizing all these needs an effective administrative mentality which is good at employing the available resources toward and without an effective administration the other administrative functions lose their meaning as through the administrative leadership the ideal exploitation of resources is done and without leadership the bank can’t deal with environmental variabilities the study has come out with many recommendations such as the importance of recognition and adoption of the study results by the Bank and the importance of acknowledging the basic concepts in the research (administrative leadership and creativity)and methods of practice and influence on personnel ,training and habilitation of personnel as the basic resource for the Bank as it is on the personnel to take their superiors as examples for them to follow ,tasks must be designed to interest ,motivate and pleases and help to get to the highest levels of creativity putting into consideration developing of leadership trends in the personnel to stir them toward positive competitiveness and creative thinking. |
