| Abstract: | The study aimed to identify the positioning leadership and its role in achieving the objectives of the organization, the case study of Awtar Construction Company Limited. The search problem was shaped into questions to find out: What is the role of positioning leadership in achieving the goals oftheorganization? The following sub-questions stem from this question? To what extent does the adoption of humanitarian standards in the positioning leadership process affect the achievement of the objectives of the organization? To what extent does the positioning leadership's commitment to regulations and laws affect the achievement of the organization's objectives? To what extent does delegation of authority in the process of positioning leadership affect the achievement of the objectives oftheorganization? What is the impact of the positioning leadership training courses on achieving the objectives of the organization? Study Approach : The research followed the analytical descriptive method and the case study methodology to suit the nature of the study. The study obtained a number of results, the most important of which are: Attention to the position of the position fills the shortage and raise the skills and leads to the positive impact of the employees, the application of regulations and laws work to achieve the objectives of the company, raise the skills of the employees and work on the positive impact of the employees The study also reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The company should pay attention to the position because it works to fill the shortage , propose models for the selection of leadership position and use a system of data and information leadership to help the leadership in selecting the leadership according to the circumstances of the situation, work on the application of regulations and laws as required, the need to constantly update the sites of the organization on the Internet to keep pace with change in leadership position. |
