| Abstract: | The aim of this research is to shed light on the elements of the internal environment prevailing in the institution and to identify the most important elements affecting performance. It also aims to provide suggestions and recommendations that help the management of the institution and all departments working in this field to improve and improve the performance of the employees. Most institutions do not care much about the internal environment factors, which have a great impact on the performance of workers, which is reflected on the productive efficiency of these institutions, and the importance of this research by explaining that no institution can work independently of the environment surrounding the institution gets a smoker The study followed a descriptive analytical approach and a case study methodology. The study also examined a number of hypotheses, the most important of which are the internal work environment that affects the efficiency of production in the organization, the management of human resources in the institution affects the development and improvement of the work environment The research has led to a number of results, the most important of which is helping the division of labor in the establishment to achieve its objectives. The work environment in the establishment provides an environment conducive to the employees, which affects efficiency.
